Great addition for training

Opened the box attached the device and began shooting. Works just like I expected. Heavy duty, simple to install and opperate. Now my home trap field practice is just what I will see at the next event.

Because I have an old style thrower, I had some problems installing the oscillator. I called the phone number listed and got a real person on the line. With his help, I was able to make the adaptation needed to make it fully functional. Love my new oscillator! Thank you so much Atlas!

A few months ago I purchased the ATA/oscillating base for the AT250 thrower for trap shooting. We put over 6000 clay birds and 18 hours of run time with the oscillating base and it has performed flawlessly. The rugged construction and smooth operation has made trap shooting most enjoyable. I purchased an oscillating base for an Atlas T50 thrower that we have owned for a few year in order to simulate the actual game of trap for our high school trap shooters. Atla's throwers are built heavy duty with high quality parts. We have thrown thousands of clay targets and have not had any problems. I bought an AT250 to install for our new shooting range at Camp Saukenauk. When the range was just about completed, one of the committee members asked why we were only going to use the trap in a fixed position. When we teach the shotgun merit badge, it is required to throw the targets in one position, but after the scouts have earned their merit badges, it is a lot more fun to really teach them how to shoot trap. We ordered an oscillating base, and the fine folks at Atlas shipped it out that very same day! Installation was a breeze, and the base works perfectly. I am very happy with the products and service from Atlas.

The oscillating base allows one to simulate trapshooting. The workmanship is outstanding and installing the thrower to the base was a snap. I have used it a couple of times and it works flawlessly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to simulate trapshooting or wants to add variety to their clay pigeon shooting.
